2 Dole Pineapple Rings1 C Frozen Strawberries (thawed)1 Medium Banana1 6oz Red Velvet Cake Yogurt6 oz Milk 2% 2.5 T Flax Seed Meal
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until desired consistancy. Pour into 3 8oz glasses and enjoy.
