Cheesecake - Easy Crustless Pumpkin

Ingredients
3 eggs 8 ounces cream cheese 2 tablespoons Truvia 1/2 can pumpkin 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ginger 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 deg F. Combine all ingredients in a blender to combine thoroughly or use a hand mixer. Pour into a 9 inch pie dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until it tests done with a knife. Top with 1/2 cup chopped pecans after 20 minutes of cooking.

Serving Size: makes 8 large servings cut from a 9 inch pie dish
