Mughal Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lb 93/7 ground beef2 eggs3/4 C dry bread crumbs1 small onion, minced2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, minced1/2 cup minced cilantro1 tsp garam masala1/2 packet Shan Sikh Kebab Spices
Directions
Saute onion and peppers with cooking spray until browned
Combine all ingredients in kitchenaid until thoroughly mixed
Form into meatballs
Bake at 375 on a greased rack on a lined cookie sheet for 20 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 28 golf ball sized meatballs
