Jennifer's Idiot Proof Chili

Ingredients
I lb ground chicken1 can black beans1 can kidney beans1 chopped onion1 chopped green or red bell pepperChili powder (to taste)Cumin (to taste)Salt/Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Brown the ground Chicken in a large pot. Add at tbsp of oil to the chicken as it is browning. When the meat is browned, add the chopped onion and green pepper. When the onions are translucent, and the green pepper is soft add the beans and diced tomatoes. Add the spices to taste. Cook for 30-60 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings. Serving size two cups.
