Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2", dicedYellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia), dicedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, dicedOnions, raw, 1 large, dicedStewed Tomatoes, 8 cup (2 quarts)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernelsAvocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds, dicedCilantro, raw, 5 tbsp, as garnishGarlic, 2 clove, minced*Cumin seed, 3 tbsp, groundVegetable Broth, 4 cup Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper, dicedTortilla Chips, 8 oz, crushedCheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
Directions
Mix all ingredients except avocado, cilantro, cheese and tortilla chips. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer until the veggies are tender. Serve over 1oz crushed tortilla chips. Top with shredded cheese, cilantro, and avocado.
