Ingredients
Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup *Great Value All Natural Diced Tomato (No salt added), 1.75 cup Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced Summer squash, 3 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 4 serving 1/4 chopped basil (fresh)2 tsp Fresh minced garlic1 tbps fresh minced oregano
Directions
Dice, slice and chop all ingredients
Place onions, garlic and fresh herbs into large sauce pan
Saute for 5 minutes
Add all other ingredients and cover, stirring ever couple of minutes
Continue for 15 minutes or until veggies are tender
