Chickpeas in Peanut Sauce

Heat olive oil in pan and add onion, garlic, green or red pepper and chili peppers and saute until translucent. Lower heat and add chickpeas and teriyaki sauce and stir to coat. Heat until chick peas are hot. Add vinegar and red pepper flakes and stir. Add peanut butter 1 heaping spoonful at a time and stir in. You should add in enough to make a sauce that coats the chickpeas. Serve over rice or pasta.
