Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") Pears, fresh, 2 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb)Carrots, raw, 3 mediumKale, 1 cup, chopped Oranges, 2 fruit (2-5/8" dia)Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves Kiwi Fruit, 3 fruit without skin, medium

Blended this up in my Vitamix blender with some water and ice.

Serving Size: makes 10 8oz servings, but I add water and ice to the batch which doubles the recipe.
