cream of sweet potato soup

Ingredients
sweet potatoescarrots,oniongingerwatercream cheesemaple syrupcinnamon
Directions
suate onion, carrots and peeled, cubed sweet potatoes. Add salt, peppe, cinnamonr and ginger. Add 6 cups water and bring to boil. Lower to simmer and cook until all veggies soft. Soften cream cheese in mirowave. Add to soup and blend with emmersion blender till smooth. add maple syrup and stir.
