Leek Pie

Ingredients
1.5 cup of wheat flour whole grain3 tablespoons of ghee0.5 tablespoon of baking&soda powderdash of salt1 egg1 cup of leek1 tablespoon of parsley1 carrot1 eggsalt and pepper optional
Directions
Make dough and keep it in the fridge while preparing filling.

Cut leek and carrot and parsley in small pieces, stir together and put over dough in the baking pan.

Bake for 25 minutes on 200C
