2 chicken breastsCanola oil for cooking (2 tbsp)Thumb size amount of minced or grated ginger1-2 green onions1-2 tbsp brown sugar1-2 tbsp soy sauceAny veggies( broccoli, green beans, etc.)
Directions
1. Cook ginger and onions and veggies then add chicken strips
2. When chicken is cooked add seasoning
