.75 cup of Quick Oats2 cups of 1% Milk6 Packets of Splenda/Equal1tsp of Nutmeg1tsp of Ground Cinnomin1sp of Vanilla Extract.75 cup of nonfat powdered Milk
Blend it all together in the blender until pureed.
Then add to your pot on the stove under medium heat.
Stir slow until it starts to thicken.
Pour immediately into 3 serving bowls.
Let cool or eat it hot.
