Goat and barley soup

Ingredients
8 cups water3 cups dry barley1.5 medium onions2 stalks celery.25 cup carrots3 oz roasted goat meat
Directions
Lightly brown onion, celery and carrot in stockpot. Add water and bring to a boil. Add barley and meat. Cook for one hour. May need to add more water as the barley absorbs a lot of water as it cooks.
