Mashed Chickpea Mini Pitas

Ingredients
15 oz can of chickpeas2 ts. minced garlic6 Tbs. honey Greek vanilla yogurt, fat free2 Tbs. Olive oil reduced fat mayo1 Tbs. lemon juice1/2 ts. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 cup thinly sliced seedless cucumbers1 carrot. peeled, cleaned and shredded3 large lettuce leaves, cleaned and halved6 mini whole wheat pitas
Directions
Drain and wash chickpeas. Smash. Add rest of ingredients, except lettuce and pitas. Stir well. Line mini pitas with leaf lettuce. Fill each pita with 1/6 of spread.
