Ingredients
1 - 15oz cn black beans, rinsed1 - 15oz cn corn, rinsed1 - 14oz cn rotell diced tomatos1/2 chopped red onion1/2 c. chopped cilantro1 lime, squeezed1 tbsp cumin
Directions
Rise off beans and corn. Add chopped red onion and diced tomato with juice. Add cilantro and cumin.
