Ingredients
Ingredients:Ground beef, extra lean, 32 oz(or ground turkey for extra lean chili)Tomato Sauce, 2 cupGarlic, 3 cloves*Onions, dehydrated flakes, 4 tbspChili powder, 8 tbsp*Cumin seed, 1 tbspWater, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
brown ground beef and drain off any excess fat. Then add tomato sauce and water and mix in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and let simmer for approximately 45 minutes. Serve hot with grated cheese, crackers, or corn chips.
