Ingredients
Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Irish Oatmeal (McCann's), 1.5 cup (remove) Honey, .5 cup (remove) Sweet potato, 3 cup, cubes (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
put everything in a crock pot - stir, cook on low for 8 hours, stir again before serving
