Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour1 Cup Corn meal3 tsp baking Powder1 Tsp. Salt1 Egg1 Cup 1% Milk2 Tbsp olive oil for skillet
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Pour 2 Tbsp Olive oil in bottom of Large Cast Iron Skillet. Put skillet in over to heat oil and skillet. Mix together all ingredents and when skillet is nice and hot take out skillet from oven and pour in mixture. Put back in oven and cook for 15 min or until golden brown.
Cut into 8 pieces like a pie.
