Karen' Potato leek soup

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil3 leeks3 zucchini1/2 head napa cabbage2 cups celery chopped3 med potatoes chopped4 c chicken stock1 tblsp dry sherry1/2 package leek soup mix.
Directions
saute leeks in oil, add broth with all other ingredients and cook for 20 min. blend.
