Turkey Chili

Ingredients
Tomato Sauce 29 ozDiced Tomatoes 14.5Red Kidney Beans 14.5Chili Beans 14.51 Cup of frozen Carrots1 Cup of frozen Corn2 Bell Peppers1 Large Onion1 - 3 canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce (I use fresh jalopenos)2 tsp chopped Garlic1 tsp Chili Powder ( used 2 tsp)1 tsp ground cumin (used 2 tsp)1 pound raw lean ground turkey
Directions
break up the turkey in the bottom of the crock pot.
mix everything but the meat in a mixing bowl, drain and rinse the Red Kidney beans and the diced tomatoes if you don't use the seasoned kind.

Pour the mixture into your crock pot, and mix it with the meat well.

turn the crock pot on high and cook for 3 - 4 hours.
