Beef Chuck 2.73 lb. totalwater,3c.basil,1 tablespoonPrime Rib Seasoning~can be bought @ BBQ Galore [though Mrs.Dash is all they have],1 tablespoon 2 bags of Ralph's Value Frozen Stew Vegetables,32 oz each {2 lb/907g}~Each bag contains potaoes,carrots,onions,celery ALREADY CUT AND PREPARED~ The SP system doesn't list this so I had to choose the items separately 1 Beef Bouillon cube {added to a spearate cup of water}
Brown beef cubes. Pour in 3 c. water into slow cooker. Put cooker on for 6 hours.Put in strained beef & veggies from the two bags. Add 1 cup beef bouillon [you put the beef bouillon cube in a Pyrex glass measuring cup with 1c. water & microwave for 3 min.].Add spices listed. stir once an hour or two to mix ingredients well.
