1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef1 small onion chopped1 10 OZ can of Green Chilies1 Can of FF Cream of Mushroom Soup8 Burrito Size Flour Tortillas8 OZ low fat Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese10 OZ can of Enchilada Sauce
Brown Ground Beef and onions, drain. Add Chilies and Soup, mix well. Spoon beef mixture in totillias spinkle 2T of Cheese on top of Meat. Roll up, and place seam side down in a sprayed 13X9 baking dishe. Pour Enchilada sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining Cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 mins, uncover and bake an additional 5 mins uncovered.
