Savory Beef Veggie Soup

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (remove)Onions, raw, .5 large (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot (remove)Celery, cooked, 2 stalks (remove)*Baked Potato, with skin, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 6 fl oz (remove)Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove)*Birds Eye Steamfresh Cut Green Bean (frozen), 1 cup (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2.5 tsp (remove)Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1.5 cup (remove)Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)Basil, .4 tbsp (remove)Thyme, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 2.5 tsp (remove)
Directions
brown beef with garlic and onion,
place everything chopped veggies and all but only .5 cup of beef broth in a ziplock freezer bag.
freeze
when ready to use add beef broth and cup of water and cook on low 8 hours in crock pot
