First: 1 lg box Velveeta Cheese 3 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 lg Can Evaporated Milk (12 oz) 2 small cans of Chopped Green Chilli's + liquidPut all of the above ingredients in a Saucepan. Sir over medium heat until "Velveeta Cheese" is melted and the sauce is smooth...... Set aside!!Then: 4.25-4.50# Ground Sirloin 2 Lg. Onions, diced 2 Lg. Cans Mushroom Pieces/stems 2 Pkgs Taco Seasoning Mix (1 original & 1 Mild)Cut up onions in frying pan, put ground sirloin on top and saute til meat is browned... then drain off fat. Then add the Taco Seasoning Mix.Next: Put a layer of Soft Taco Shells in a 13X 9 rectangular Baking Dish (Plus, you will need a 9 X 5 rectangular dish because this receipe makes a huge amount ~~ 20 servings). Then put 1/3 of the Browned Ground Sirloin mixture on top of the taco shells...Then spread 1/3 of the Velveeta Cheese Sauce on top of the meat......Continue repeating these steps ending with a thin layer of the Velveeta Cheese Sauce on the top layer of the soft taco shell. Then put in oven!!
Bake in Preheated oven 375 for 15-20 minutes... then reduce oven to 350 for additional 15-20 minutes
