Amazing Salmon

Ingredients
Salmonroughly 4 Tbsp seafood spice1 tsp splenda brown sugar1/4 C orange juice1/4 C sugar free orange preserves
Directions
This is a single serving.

Combine brown sugar and spice.

Press spice onto non skin side of salmon. (I use a plate and place salmon on top then press). Youwant to put a lot so it get good and crispy when cooking).

Spray frying pan with Mazola, and get it nice and hot over medium-high heat. Add salmon to frying pan meat side down. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the fish. When brown and crusty carefully flip to the other side.

While the second side is cooking, combine preserves and OJ in a small pot. Heat until hot and bubbly. Put on simmer until fish is thru cooking. Put salmon on a plate and pour the OJ mixture on top of fish.
