Bran Muffin

Ingredients
Bran Muffins3 c. sugar 15 oz. pkg raisin bran cereal4 tsp. baking soda 1 c. melted butter2 tsp. salt 4 beaten eggs5 c. flour 1 qt. buttermilk Sift the 1st 4 dry ingredients together & add to cereal. Combine butter, eggs, & buttermilk. Mix everything together.over well. Refrigerate. This batter will keep 4 weeks if kept in a well-covered bowl (The big Tupperware bowl is perfect for a full recipe).Use as needed. Refrigerate the rest.
Directions

Bake in muffin cups for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
