moroccan white bean turkey chili

1 onion, chopped1 jalapeno pepper, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 lb lean ground turkey3 TBS Moroccan rub (substitute 1.5 TBS paprika, 1.5 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp sugar, .75 tsp ground cumin, .75 tsp ground ginger, .5 tsp ground cinnamon and .25 tsp chili powder)4 cloves garlic, pressed30 oz great northern or cannellini beans, drained14.5 oz tomato sauce14.5 oz petite diced tomatos with garlic and onion, undrained.
Combine chopped onion and peppers with turkey, rub and garlic in deep covered baker, mix well. Microwave covered, on high 5-7 minutes, mixing up halfway through cooking time. Add beans, tomato sauce and tomatoes; mix well. Cover and microwave on high 14-17 minutes or until simmering.
If you do not have a deep covered baker, this can be made on the stovetop, cooking meat, veggies and spices until no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 15-20 minutes.
