Easy Oatmeal Meatloaf

16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup Quaker oatmeal (I use old fashioned oatmeal) 1/2 cup Milk, 1% 1 large egg Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 1/2 cup Onions 1 clove Garlic, minced 1 tsp Olive oil 4 Tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard 3 tsp Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Dice onion and garlic and saute in olive oil , set aside.
Mix ground beef, oatmeal, milk, egg, salt and pepper.
Add sauteed garlic and onions.
Mix gently and form into a loaf in baking dish.
Mix ketchup, mustard and brown sugar
Evenly spread mixture on top of meatloaf.
Bake in oven for 50-60 min until meatloaf reads 165 degrees
Let sit for 10 minutes to set up before serving
