Chicken stroganoff

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts1 Cup floursalt and pepper to taste1 tablespoon of butter1 can cream of chicken soup1 1/4 C half and half or milk1 package dry onion soup mix2 T chopped fresh parsely2 cloves garlic2 C fresh mushrooms1/4 t nutmeg1 C sour cream1/8 C chopped green onions for topping
Directions
1. In a shallow dish or bowl, seaon flour with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour to coat. In a large skillet, brown coated chicken in melted butter until golden.

2. IN a medium bowl combine the sou, half-and half, dry onion soup mix, parsely,garlic,mushrooms, nutmeg. Mix all together and pour mixture over chicken in skillet. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
3 Stir in sour cream and heat through, but Do not boil. Tope with chopped grean onion and serve over noodles or rice.
