Directions
Carrots, onion, celery, olive oil, garlic, soup stock, bay leaves, split peas, ham bone, 1.5 c diced ham, water.
Saute veggies in olive oil. Add split peas and ham bone, cover with stock and simmer 1.5-2 hours. Add additional ham, heat through.
