Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
1 can black beans1 onion1 bell pepper6 cloves garlic2 cups bread crumbs2 eggs2 Tbsp cumin0.5 Tbsp black pepper
Directions
Puree drained black beans in the blender until consistent. Remove and place in a large mixing bowl.

Puree chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic until consistent. Remove and add to beans.

Mix eggs and spices together. Add to beans and veggies.

Add bread crumbs to bean mixture and still until consistent.

Use a 1/3 cup measure to scoop out the bean mix and drop onto greased baking sheet or pan. Bake for 12 minutes on each side at 375 degrees.
