Steamed Brussel Sprouts with Bacon Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
Package Frozen Brussel Sprouts1 TBS Olive Oil1/2 Yellow Onion, minced2 TBS Minced Garlic6 Strips Turkey Bacon, minced1/2 cup creme mustard1 TBS Raw Honey
Directions
Steam Brussel Sprouts.

Put oil in frying pan. Saute Onion with Bacon. Let cook 5-7 minutes, keeping a close eye on it. Stirring occasionally.

Add Garlic to onions and cook another 1-2 minutes.

In a small sauce pan combine honey and creme mustard. Stir until well blended.

Over low heat add onion and bacon mix to honey mustard. Allow to bubble than immediately remove from heat.

Serve drizzled over brussel sprouts. Enjoy!
