Weight Watchers One-Point Chili

Ingredients
10 ounces extra-lean ground turkey breast1 medium onion, diced2 (28-oz) cans diced tomatoes2 medium zucchini, diced2 medium yellow squash diced1 (15 oz) can black beans2 (15-oz) cans fat-free, reduced-sodiumbeef broth4 celery stalks, diced2 green bell peppers, diced1 (1 1/4-oz) package dry chili seasonings
Directions
Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and onion and saute' until browned, about 10 minutes.

Transfer the browned turkey and onion mixture to a large soup pot and add the tomatoes, zucchini, squash, beans, broth, celery, bell peppers, and chili seasoning. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Continue to simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes

    I understand that it serves 20 but is that 1 cup servings? I can't see that is specifies how much is a serving and before I make it I am wanting to determine how much to make.

    One-point chili is a useful WW recipe with lots of flavor per point. Recipe lends itself to tweaking. I usually double the amount of zucchini and yellow squash just to add more veggie bulk. Sometimes I add a spice combo from an old WW recipe-small amts. of cinnamon, allspice & red pepper flakes. - 2/3/09
