Moroccan Fish fillets with orange & Date salad

Ingredients
3 oranges3 dates1/4 cup mint1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1tsp olive oil1 tbs flaked almonds.5 cup cous cous6 spears asparagus 2 cups rocket1 TBS morrocan seasoning600 grams white fish
Directions
Toss 2 oranges, dates, mint. cinnamon and olive oil in bowl.
Make cous cous, add juice & zest of third orange.

Steam beans and asparagus and add to cous cous with rocket


Panfry fish with morrocan seasoning, 3 mins on each side

Serve
