Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients
* 2 Cups Cooked Instant Brown Rice* 6 oz Medium Shrimp, Frozen, Cooked, Tail Off* 2 Large Whole Eggs* 2 Large Eggs, WHITES ONLY* 2 tsp. EVOO* Garlic Salt, To Taste* Seasoning Salt, To Taste
Directions
* Steam rice and set aside
* In a skillet or wok, pan fry shrimp, eggs, egg white, garlic salt, and seasoning salt in 1 tsp. EVOO, on medium heat, for 3 minutes
* Add 1 tsp. of EVOO and cooked rice to wok or frying pan
* Pan fry all ingredients together for 3-5 minutes, until desired consistency. Adjust seasonings to taste
* Serve and enjoy
