Momma B's Curried Chicken

Ingredients
3 tbls canola oil.5 Chicken Breast, with skin, 2 Chicken Thigh, 2Chicken Drumstick, 2Chicken Wing,Tomato Sauce, 3 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, Garlic, 3 cloves*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) cut into large chunks.Boiling water.2 tsp. garam masala3 tsp. curry powder2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)1 tsp salt
Directions
Chop garlic and onion, put into a large cooking pot...cook until transparent.
Add tomato sauce, spices and chicken.
Simmer 30 min. or until chicken is not quite done.
Add potatoe chunks and cook until done.
Add enough boiling water to just cover.
Keep testing, and stir not to have ingredients stick
to bottom of pot.

Serve with roti's and steamed rice on the side.
