Wheat Pizza Dough - Bread Machine

Ingredients
Directions
1.25 cups warm water1.25 tsp salt1 TBS granulated sugar3 cups white bread flour.75 cup whole wheat flour1.25 tsp yeast
Add ingredients in order listed (or follow the instructions that came with your bread machine). Select dough/pizza setting and press start. My machine takes two hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
When cycle is done, remove dough from bread machine pan onto a lightly floured surface. Cut in half. Roll out each half to a 12-14" circle to fit your pizza pan. Bake crust only for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and add sauce and toppings. Return to oven and bake until crust is crispy. Approx 30 minutes.
Serving Size: each crust makes 8 servings
