Directions
Sautee bacon in pan, remove fat and drain bacon. Sautee onion in pan. Unroll pie crust in pie plate, put cooked bacon, onion and grated cheese in crust. In bowl, mix eggs, evaporated milk and seasonings, then pour into crust over other ingredients. Top w/ slivers of butter. Bake 375 for 45-50 minutes.
