Dijon Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup red wine vinegar2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice1 clove garlic, pressed1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp hot sauce1/2 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon saltFreshly ground pepper to taste1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a bowl combine all ingredients except oil. Slowly whisk in oil. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
