Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2T Olive Oil1 C onion, diced2 cloves garlic minced1 C uncooked long grain rice1 1/2 C water1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)1 t oregano1 t salt2 c peas (frozen)
Directions
brown rice and garlic in oil. Add rest of ingredients to pan, cover and cook according to the directions on the Rice Package.

Add 2 Chicken Breast, Chopped to the dish for a one pot dinner.
