Low Fat Personal Quiche

Ingredients
1 /2 C. Southwestern Egg Beaters1/2 C. shredded 2% cheese (I used cheddar and Mexican)1/4 C. diced extra lean ham
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place 6 muffin cups in muffin tin and spray with Pam. Mix all ingredients together add salt and pepper if desired. Evenly divide between sprayed muffin cups (about 1/3 cup per muffin cup). Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on how done you want your eggs.
