Fried Bologna and Cheese w/mustard

Ingredients
1 Slice of Bologna 1 Slice of American Cheese1 tsp of Mustard
Directions
Take your slice of bologna and cut 4 slices around the edges, and a X in the middle. Fry the bologna to your liking while flipping to the other side as well. After the bologna is fried to your liking shut the stove off and place your cheese in the middle and cover with lid. Allow covered until cheese is melted then place on plate. Put about 1 tsp of mustard on top of your melted cheese and roll and enjoy!
