Savory Almond Flour Scones (no sweetener, Paleo)

1.25 cups blanched almond flour (140gm)1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp dried rosemary1/2 tsp garlic granules1/2 tsp pepper2&2/3 tbsp melted lard1 egg
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.Put parchment paper or silpat on a baking sheet
3.Combine almond flour, salt, baking soda and spices in large bowl
4.mix in oil and egg
5.Using smallest ice cream scoop (or 50-52 gm balls of dough), drop batter on baking sheet leaving 1-2 inches between scoops. (I get about 5 out of my batches.) flatten to about 1/2 in thickness.
6.Bake for @ 15 minutes until golden brown. Let rest on the cookie sheet for a while (30 minutes?) and serve.
