Baked Spaghetti Squash with Italian Deer Sausage

Ingredients
1 Spaghetti Squash1 lb ground deer meat1.5-2 c mozarella, fat-free1 jar spaghetti sauce
Directions
Brown deer meat and add spaghetti sauce to simmer. Cut spaghetti squash length-wise. Place in caserole dish with 1/4 cup water, cut side down. Microwave 7-10 minutes, or until you can scrape out squash. Put squash, meat sauce, and cheese in a casserole dish and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
