4 eggs (free roaming)1/3-2/3 cup real maple syrup (grade B is most nutritious)2 ripe bananas mashed1/3-2/3 cup apple sauce (I don't actually measure...)1 tablespoon canoloa oil1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda4 tablespoon Ghiradelli cocoa powder (you can add more if you like - I'm still working on ratios)2 handfuls of Ghiradelli chocolate chips (semi sweet)Mix wet ingredients together and blend with beaterMix dry ingredient together then add to wet ingredients and blend some moreGrease square 9X9 pan with canoloa oil and add cake mix. Cook for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
