1 Capsule Digestive Enzyme Complex1 Capsule Echinacea (3 weeks on, 3 weeks off)1 Capsule Probiotic capsule.5 tsp spirulina powder2 T Organic Sunbutter Sunflower seed spread1 T Coconut Oil2 t filtered water2 T Wheat Germ.5 T raw honey
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except crispbread, together. Capsules should be emptied into the mix and the shells discarded.
