Kale salad w/avocado lemon dressing

Ingredients
A bunch of kale (will average 4-6 cups, chopped)1 avocadoJuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Clean and chop kale into bite size pieces.

In a bowl, mash avocado. Add lemon juice & stir together.

Pour over kale and massage into leaves.
