Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1lb beef chuck 1.5 cups beef broth2 T ketchup1 t salt1 clove garlic minched8oz mushrooms sliced.5 onions chopped3 T flour1 cup sour cream
Directions
Cut beef into chunks. Pressure cook the beef. In a skillet sautee up the onions and mushrooms in a skillet. Add the cooked beef to the skillet. Add broth (leaving 1/3cup out), ketchup, salt, garlic inot skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender.

Shake reserved broth and the flour in tightly covered container; gradually stir into beef mixture. Heat to boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; reduce heat. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
