Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower (about 6 cups)1/4 cup fat free milk1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
Directions
Steam cauliflower 30 minutes. Place in a food processor and process until soft like potatoes. Add butter and milk and other ingredients and process more.
