Ingredients
Deer meat, cubedOnion, choppedMixed veggies, frozenpotatoes, cubedcanned tomatoes, cubedsalt and pepper to tastebay leafthyme to taste
Directions
Use deer meat that has been cubed ( 1"x1"). Shake deer meat in a gallon zip lock bag with flour, salt and pepper. In a large skillet heat olive oil on medium heat. Add chopped onion and deer meat. Cook just until deer meat is browned. Add to crock pot. Also add the remaining ingredients to the crock pot. Add water just to cover stew. Cook on low for six hours.
